GQ
This
is the GQ by Citroen, a new concept car designed to provide "the ultimate
gentleman’s drive". It features a new plug-in hybrid powertrain, which
features a 1598 cc, four-cylinder direct injection petrol engine. It travels
from 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds, has an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph
and Co2 emissions of 80 g/km. No other details have been given.
The
car has officially been created as a collaboration between Citroen and GQ
magazine, and insiders say there are no production plans for the car. It was
designed to a brief set out by GQ editor Dylan Jones and created by a design
team headed by Mark Lloyd, who most recently styled the DS3.
The
car’s cabin is accessed by rear coach doors. The interior has been designed to
be "spacious, comfortable and futuristic", and its interior details
and interior were created by Patrick Grant, the creative director of Savile Row
tailors E.Tautz.
