DONGFENG
1 CONCEPT
The
Dongfeng 1 concept, codenamed G95, is a luxury sedan launched by Dongfeng Motor
on April 18, 2014. Based on Citroen C6, it has a wheelbase of 2950 mm and is
5091 mm long, 1871 mm wide, and 1463 mm tall. The production model will be
released in 2016 and become the flagship in the Dongfeng-brand sedan lineup.
The
platform was equipped with Citroen’s famous hydractive suspension, which can
make the Dongfeng Number 1 a very comfortable cruiser. No news on engines yet.
Dongfeng will likely go for a souped up variant of the PSA 1.6 turbo, which can
easily do 200 hp.
