Toyota
Etios Liva Special Edition
Toyota Etios Liva Special
Edition has been launched at INR 5.76 lakhs (US$ 9,500). It features a
sporty character that extends from the exterior to the interior, and all the
changes are cosmetic, with no revision in the performance or the handling of
the car.
The
special edition gets a dual tone paint job with red or silver body shade
complemented by contrast roof and pillars. Toyota says that this is the first
time such a twin-tone colour theme is offered officially. Rounding off the new
exterior is a matte black grille instead of chrome, and new 10-spoke 15-inch
diamond cut alloy wheels.
The
interior of the special edition Etios Liva is embellished with faux wood trims,
dual-tone seat fabric, Bluetooth equipped audio system, dual front airbags, and
front seat belts featuring pre-tensioner and force limiter.
There
is no change in the powertrain of the special edition Liva models. The petrol
variant is powered by the 1.2-litre engine that produces 79 bhp and 104 Nm,
while the diesel model is propelled by the 1.4-litre unit that has an output of
67 bhp and 170 Nm. Both the engines are mated to 5-speed manual transmissions.
