Grand Cherokee SRT Night Edition
The new Grand Cherokee
SRT Night will be unwrapped at the LA Auto Show next week “features a
stealth-like appearance” and by that, it means a gloss-black finish for the
roof, rear spoiler, front grille bezels, B and C pillars, and side window
surrounds, and satin black for the badges, upper and lower front grilles, and
the 20-inch alloys.
Exterior color options
for the rest of the body include Velvet Red, Billet Silver and Granite Crystal.
As for the inside, Jeep added ‘Black Laguna’ leather seats with silver accent
stitching and light black chrome bezels.
No changes were made
under the hood where the SRT sports 6.4-liter V8 HEMI engine capable of 475
horsepower and 470 lb-ft. of torque, for a 0-60 mph (96 km/h) time of 4.8
seconds, a 0-100-0 mph in 16.3 seconds, a quarter mile run in the 13-second
range and a top speed of 160 mph (257 km/h).
