Audi Q7
The new Audi Q7 finally
reached the US market as a MY2017, with the company announcing the specs and
pricing of their new seven-seater SUV. Prices for the new Audi Q7 3.0TFSI
Quattro start at US$ 55,750 for the entry level Premium model and all the way up
to US$ 65,250 for the top-of-the-range Prestige model.
Audi of America
introduces the latest Q7 to the US market, bringing an impressive array of
safety and connectivity systems, including the ‘Virtual Cockpit’ digital
instrument display, a 1,920 watt Bang & Olufsen sound system, the company’s
Pre Sense and rear cross traffic alert safety systems, adaptive cruise control
and many more.
The only available
engine option initially will be the 3.0-litre TFSI petrol which produces 333 hp
at 5,500-6,500 rpm and 325 lb-ft of torque at 2,900-5,300 rpm and is mated to a
eight-speed automatic transmission. Yeap, no diesel option.
The driver can select
from seven different driving modes in cars equipped with the adaptive air
suspension through the Drive Select, including Comfort, Auto, Dynamic,
Offroad/Lift, Allroad and Individual.
Audi’s latest
infotainment system is supported by available 4G LTE networks to provide the
latest in connectivity features like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, online
roadside assistance and Stolen Vehicle Locator among others.
