Alfa
Romeo 4C La Furiosa
Lapo Elkann's Garage
Italia Customs has unveiled their new La Furiosa at the Dubai International
Motor Show.
Based on the Alfa Romeo
4C, the La Furiosa has a unique exterior with a gradient design that starts
with a black carbon fiber roof and gradually fades to an opaque opalescent
Accursio red. The model also has “Velvet
Touch” accents, candy red painted carbon fiber trim and classic Alfa Romeo
wheels with an opaque gold finish. A
closer inspection also reveals color-keyed brake calipers with white Alfa Romeo
lettering.
The interior has red
Alcantara upholstery that covers the dashboard, center console and door
panels. Drivers will also find black perforated
Alcantara seat inserts, a two-tone steering wheel and special floor mats. Even the A-pillars have been wrapped in
special Alcantara upholstery that was created using a digital printing process.
Garage Italia Customs
didn't mention any mechanical changes so the model is likely powered by a
1.75-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 240 PS and 350 Nm of torque. In the standard model, it is connected to a dual-clutch
transmission that enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds
before hitting a top speed of 258 km/h.
