G-POWER
is living up to its name by releasing a serious output boost for the already
very strong Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Sedan.
The
German tuner has a soft spot for BMW as over the years they have released
numerous kits for Bavarian models, especially the M5, but now they focused on
a model from arch rival Mercedes-Benz. The weapon of choice was the S63 in
sedan guise with its V8 5.5-liter twin-turbo engine that has earned an
additional 120 PS and 100 Nm of torque for a total of 705 PS and 1,000 Nm of torque.
When
the power is applied to the 4MATIC model, the 0-100 km/h sprint time
will drop from 4 seconds to just 3.8 seconds. The added oomph is available for
€ 5,795 (without VAT) and for that money G-POWER will be more than happy to
remove the 250 km/h Vmax limiter, thus allowing the unlocked S63 AMG
hit 330 km/h which is basically supercar territory.
If
there's still money left in the bank, for an extra € 7,643 (without VAT) you can
order those fancy 21-inch HURRICANE RR forged alloy wheels (with tires)
finished in Jet Black with a diamond cut finish and machined from aircraft
grade aluminum, so these are significantly lighter than the stock wheels.
