2016 Peugeot Boxer
The Peugeot Boxer is now available with
the latest BlueHDI 2.0-litre engine that comply with the Euro6 emissions
standards.
The Peugeot Boxer panel van has been
updated with the new range of Euro6 compliant BlueHDi diesel engines that give
combined cycle fuel economy of up to 47 mpg. Emissions of CO2 are cut by as much
as 30 g/km to 154 g/km in the same mid-range version.
The BlueHDi technology also means an increase in both power and
acceleration for the Boxer van. Power increases to 110 hp for the entry-level
engine, going up to 160 hp.
The 0-62 mph acceleration and in-gear
acceleration is improved by up to 4.0 seconds for the 110 hp version.
Meanwhile, 50-80 mph acceleration sees an improvement of up 8.0 seconds. The
engines will be paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox and Stop & Start
technology is available across the range.
