Bajaj Turkey has showcased the Bajaj Pulsar 200NS in Ankara at a private screening yesterday. This news comes days after words trickled in that Bajaj will be relaunching the 200NS in India mid-January 2017.

The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS in Turkey continues to be a fuel injected mill. The output figures have not been revealed but the powertrain is believed to be the same 199.5 cc sourced from the KTM Duke 200. Coupled to a 6-speed gearbox, the triple spark engine in the previous version was capable of producing 23.52 PS of maximum power at 9,500 rpm and 18.3 Nm of peak torque at 8,000 rpm.

The 2017 Bajaj Pulsar 200NS is expected to comply the stricter Euro 4 emission norms applicable in Europe. The dual tone paint scheme is new. The exhaust system however continues to be an underbelly unit. The absence of ABS ring though means that even the 2017 edition remains devoid of this safety feature. The seat utilises the premium material used in the new 2017 Bajaj Pulsar range.
