2017 Royal Enfield Continental GT 750
Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 cc
variant will launch in March 2017, which is stated to be confirmed by Royal
Enfield itself. It will rival the Harley Davidson Street 750 when it goes on sale
next year.
The Continental GT 750 cc was spotted testing in
the UK last July, which looks largely similar to the Continental GT currently
sold. It is likely to retain its telescopic front suspension, Paioli gas
charged dampers for the rear, dual-caliper front and single-caliper disc
brakes.
It’s an all new two-cylinder unit that displaces 750 cc, and is expected
to produce around 45-50 bhp. The Continental GT currently on sale packs a 535
cc engine that makes 29 hp. Its closest rival – the Harley Davidson Street 750
– produces 47 bhp from its twin-cylinder power unit.
