Lotus Evora Sport 410
The
limited-production Evora Sport 410 will be drifting onto US shores in the
summer of 2017. The Evora Sport 410 made its international debut in Geneva
earlier this year, where visitors got to see the most extreme and lightest
version of the Evora ever built.
Lighter by 70 kg compared to the regular Evora 400, the
Sport 410 also makes use of 10 extra horses (410 HP), delivering a 0 to 100
km/h sprint time of 4.1 seconds when equipped with an automatic
transmission, and 4.2 seconds with the manual.
Customers can now personalize the
Evora Sport 410 through the popular Lotus Exclusive program, which combines
traditional British craftsmanship with modern designs. Of course, it's all
about cutting weight, which is why the car is only available in a 2+0
configuration, featuring Alcantara-trimmed carbon fiber sports seats as
standard. If need be, a touch-screen entertainment system can also be specified
if the customer is in need of iPod connectivity and Bluetooth functionality.
Other weight saving measures include the Alcantara one-piece door
trim panels, the deletion of door arm rests and stowage pockets, the relocation
of tailgate and fuel filler release buttons and the removal of the speakers -
if the previously mentioned entertainment system is indeed not specified.
The car's current manufacturer's suggested retail price is £ 82,000
in the UK, € 108,500 in Germany and ¥ 15,000,000 in Japan.
