Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd will add
new customisation options to the Honda Navi. Apart from the coloured body
parts, customers can soon opt for the Honda Navi Chrome and Honda Navi
Adventure editions.
Both the variants are based on the standard Honda
Navi, which houses a 109.19 cc HET air cooled mill capable of producing 8 bhp
of maximum power at 7,000 rpm and 8.96 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm. This is
the same powertrain which propels Honda’s range of automatic scooters as well.
The Honda Navi Chrome kit gets a headlight
protector, side lower cover, rear grip, under guard, headlight cover and a
luggage box. This package costs INR 5,065. Limited only to the black paint
scheme, the chrome bits will help the Navi stand out from the crowd.
The Honda Navi Adventure kit too is available only
in the standard black trim. Adding to the versatility of the Navi, this kit
will help the rider tackle bad roads with greater confidence. The package
includes a knuckle guard set, rear grip, under guard, headlight protector,
visor, luggage box, new seat cover and new decals. This kit will set you back
INR 8,525.
The Honda Navi was initially launched at the 2016
Auto Expo for a sticker price of INR 39,500 which has been subsequently
increased to INR 39,648 (both ex-showroom, Delhi). The Honda Navi Chrome has a
price tag of INR 44,713 while the Honda Navi Adventure costs INR 48,173 (both
ex-showroom, Delhi).
