This is the new Chery Arrizo 5e, an electric car based on the Arrizo 5 sedan. It will hit the Chinese car market in June and Chery claims a range of 410 kilometers, which is more than any other mass-produced Chinese EV.

The interior is surprisingly dull. Most Chinese EVs come with hefty blue color schemes, digital instrument panels, and large touch screens.

Chery hasn’t specified whether the impressive range is measured by the European NEDC standard or the American EPA standard, but in general Chinese manufacturers use NEDC.

Power comes from an electric motor with 122 hp and 276 Nm. Top speed is 152 kilometers per hour. It takes 30 minutes on a fast charger to charge up to 80% battery. Chery did not disclose the charging time on 220V. Price for the Chery Arrizo 5e is expected to hover around the 100.000 yuan mark, including subsidies.
