VW has unveiled the all-new 2018 Tiguan and the price for the 3-row SUV starts at AUD 25,345. That price is for the base turbo 2.0L TSI FWD version. The Tiguan carries a 6-year/72,000 mile new vehicle limited warranty. One big change for the all-new 2018 version is that it is longer by 10.6-inches than the current model.

That gives the 2018 Tiguan 58% more cargo space than the outgoing model. The longer length also means that third-row seating is offered as standard on all FWD version of the Tiguan and available in AWD versions. Optional 4Motion AWD is available with our selectable modes for different terrain.

Driver assistance tech is available as well with Front Assist with Pedestrian monitoring, blind spot monitoring with rear traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, and lane assist. A panoramic sunroof and power liftgate are also available. The standard 2.0L TSi engine makes 184 hp and 221 lb-ft torque. If you want the base Tiguan S with 4Motion AWD, it starts at AUD 26,645. The SE starts at AUD 29,080, the SEl at AUD 32,550, and the SEL Premium at AUD 36,250. The third-row seating option is AUD 500.
