The scariest version of the Porsche 911 range, the mighty GT2 RS, has been previewed at the launch of the Forza Motorsport 7 video game.

When they finally release all the details on it, expect it to use a twin-turbo flat-six engine that pushes approximately 650 hp, with some reports going as far as 700 hp, to the road through the only transmission available - a dual-clutch PDK. Naught to 100 km/h sprint should take less than 3 seconds, and top speed could stand at beyond 330 km/h.

Working together with the aerodynamic upgrades to make the new Porsche 911 GT2 RS an absolute beast on a straight line and cornering will be a rear-axle steering system, along with torque vectoring and a variable locking rear differential, among others.

Porsche will put a lot of pressure on the Lamborghini Huracan Performante with the new 911 GT2 RS, but it remains to be seen whether it will steal the Italian supercar's Nurburgring record.
