Audi have kept their promise and offered the biggest
piece of the new A8 puzzle yet, during the latest Marvel blockbuster,
'Spider-man: Homecoming'. And they did so by bringing the new generation of
their flagship sedan at the movie's premiere in Los Angeles. The car was used
to chauffeur 'Peter Parker', played by Tom Holland.
Spidey climbed onto the car's hood, and leaned on
its windshield to take a few selfies with the large crowd that gathered at the
event, as part of the itinerary, while 'Tony Stark' (Robert Downey Jr.) and
'Happy Hogan' (Jon Favreau) arrived together in a black R8 Spyder.
As far as the 2018 Audi A8 goes, the prototype was
wrapped in vinyl with a special spider web pattern, so enthusiasts that wanted
to catch a glimpse of its new design had to put their imagination to work.
The German car marque is less than two weeks away
from pulling the veil off their new product, as it's scheduled to have its
official presentation on July 11 in Barcelona, Spain, and once it does, it will
put some pressure on the BMW 7-Series and Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
