Changan Suzuki has launched the 2017 Suzuki Alivio Pro (China-spec Maruti Ciaz facelift) in China. The updated model is available in three trims with prices ranging from CNY 93,900 – 109,900.

The Suzuki Alivio Pro features a redone nose with a new chrome single piece grille, restyled front bumper with black fog lamp housings, fresh 16-inch alloy wheels, and a dual tone rear bumper with chrome applique around the reflector units. The cabin features an all-black treatment.


Features on offer include reverse parking camera, electric sunroof, leather-wrapped steering wheel, keyless entry and push-button start, paddle shifters, automatic headlights, electric fold and adjust for ORVMs, cruise control auto aircon, and rear AC vents.

The Suzuki Alivio Pro (Maruti Ciaz facelift) draws power from a 1.6 L petrol engine that produces 122 hp and 158 Nm. Transmission choices include 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearboxes.


Maruti Suzuki India is expected to bring the Maruti Ciaz facelift to the domestic market in the first half of next year. Cosmetic changes to the sedan are expected to be similar to the Suzuki Alivio Pro. The 2018 Maruti Ciaz is also expected to arrive with Suzuki’s new 1.5 L diesel engine developed in-house.
