The 2018 Bajaj Discover 110 has been spotted in India, and Thrustzone reports that the bike will be launched on January 10.

The 2018 Bajaj Discover 110 will rival premium 110 cc commuters like the Honda Livo, Dream Yuga, TVS Victor, and Hero iSmart 110. Bajaj’s S Ravikumar has recently revealed that two major launches are in the pipeline for this month. It could be possible that one of them is the Discover 110. The 2018 Discover 110 follows the same design language as the 2018 Discover 125. The instrument cluster is an analogue-digital combo unit.

According to Thrustzone, the engine is a 110cc DTS-I unit with either two or four valves. It is likely to make around 9 PS of power and 9 Nm of torque. The gearbox is a 4-speed unit. The engine nestles inside a single downtube frame. Cycle parts include telescopic front suspension, and twin rear gas-charged shock absorbers. For braking, the 2018 Bajaj Discover 110 employs drum units on both ends. Expect a front disc brake as an optional variant.

At present, Bajaj Auto sells only the Discover 125, and they do not have a 110 cc commuter. The Platina ComforTec and the CT100 are both 100cc motorcycles. The launch of the 2018 Bajaj Discover 110 will re-establish the brand’s presence in the 110 cc commuter segment. Expect the bike to undercut the Discover 125 by a marginal extent. The Discover 125 costs INR 53,171, ex-showroom, Delhi (drum brake variant).
