The launch of the 2018 Hyundai Creta (facelift) is reported to take place this month. As we recently revealed, the facelift will add a handful of new features to the popular SUV. Shedding more light on these is an image shared by Team-BHP user a4anurag detailing the variant-wise features of the Hyundai Creta facelift.

New features that will be added to the Hyundai Creta include – wearable ‘Smart Key Band’, 6-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat, electric sunroof, wireless charging, and cruise control. These features are restricted to the SX(O) grade. The sunroof, however, will be available with the SX automatic variants as well.

The wearable smart key will be compatible with a smartphone app called H-Band. This app is already listed on the Google Playstore accompanied by a description that states – “combines the intelligent key of Hyundai Creta”.

The document also reveals new body colours – Passion Orange and Marina Blue. Earth Brown and Mystic Blue have been omitted. Passion Orange will be offered as a dual tone option with a black roof. Polar White with a Phantom Black roof will be carried over as a dual tone option.

On the outside, the 2018 Hyundai Creta will feature a new ‘cascading’ grille, shark fin antenna, dual tone bumper, skid plates, new 17-inch alloy wheels, and revised split tail lamps. The 1.4 L diesel manual, 1.6 L petrol manual, 1.6 L petrol automatic, 1.6 L diesel manual, and 1.6 L diesel automatic engine and transmission options will be carried over as is.

The addition of the features mentioned above is likely to drive up the prices of the top-end SX(O) grade and SX AT grade. The diesel SX(O) and SX AT grades could touch the INR 15 lakh (ex-showroom) mark.
