Anyone not
satisfied with the 431 PS their M4 puts out has a plethora of tuners
to choose from. G-Power is one of them and, for € 17,700 (US$ 20,697) in Germany,
will increase the engine’s output to 680 PS and 760 Nm of torque.
Achieved via new
downpipes, turbo tuning and a new titanium exhaust system, the extra 249 PS and 210 Nm of torque. Those who would rather
save about € 5,000 from the aforementioned sum might be better off
choosing the Level 3 upgrade. It starts from € 12,425 and gets the
twin-turbo 3.0-liter six-cylinder’s output to 600 PS and 740
Nm of torque.
Level 2 adds 129 PS and 170 Nm of torque to the factory engine,
lifting the total to 560 PS and 720 Nm of torque.
This upgrade costs just € 4,245, whereas the entry point to the tuner’s
offerings can be had from € 1,625 and comes with 520 PS and 700 Nm of torque.
G-Power also has an
assortment of exterior parts ready for the M4. These include a number of
things, from vented bonnets to front splitters and rear diffusers, a GTS-style
wing, new suspension parts and large alloy wheels.
