If you like animated movies as well as cars, then
remember to keep an eye out next year for Twentieth Century Fox’s film, Spies
in Disguise, set to be released in cinemas in September of 2019. The movie stars Will Smith and
Tom Holland, the former providing the voice for super-spy Lance Sterling, who
gets to drive a fictional Audi concept car dubbed the RSQ e-tron, that was
designed specifically for the silver screen.
Features on the car include a hologram speedometer,
electric mobility and fully automated driving technology – something any
self-respecting future spy wouldn’t do without.
According to Audi, this concept will help to further
build awareness for their fully electric e-tron products, as its presence in a
movie about future technologies that can save the world “is the perfect match
for the Audi brand,” added Audi marketing VP, Giovanni Perosino.
Audi will continue to collaborate with Twentieth
Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios to produce another animated content piece next
year, featuring the two main characters of Spies in Disguise.
