Hennessey has presented its latest
project, the Goliath 700 GMC Sierra Denali, with “serious power and luxury”, at
the NADA Show in Las Vegas. The super truck features a 2.9-liter supercharger,
upgraded camshaft, pushrods, high-flow intercooling and air induction systems,
crankcase ventilation, engine management and others that have bumped output of
the 6.2-liter V8 from 420 to 700 hp.
Mind you, the cost of having this bundle
of upgrades is pricey: US$ 26,995 for the above package, which would get you an
all-new GMC Terrain. Bumping the cost by another US$ 14,950, to US$ 41,945, which is
new Canyon Denali money, is the Stage-1 Off-Road package that adds a 6-inch
(152 mm) lift, custom HPE bumper with LED lighting, 20-inch wheels shod in
35-inch tires and a few other extras.
Even paying the aforementioned price won’t
be enough to add everything available on the Texas tuner’s shelves for the GMC
Sierra Denali. Further options include the 15.1-inch front brakes signed by
Brembo and stainless steel exhaust system. The drop-down side steps are also
available, alongside the electric retractable bed cover and a custom
Goliath-branded interior.
Rounding up the tune are the ‘Hennessey’
exterior badges and embroidered headrests, special serial-numbered dashboard
and engine plaques, Goliath exterior graphics and other add-ons. The tuner
states that all vehicles were tested on the road for up to 322 km and on the dyno, and they are offered with a 3-year/36,000-mile (57,936 km)
warranty, whichever comes first. You can further explore the Goliath GMC Sierra
Denali in the video and images shared below.
