Nissan has announced the pricing details of the new 2021 Armada, which is available now on dealerships nationwide. The redesigned 2021 Nissan Armada starts from US$ 49,895, including a US$ 1,395 destination and handling fee, in the entry-level S 4×2 trim, with prices reaching up to US$ 69,295 for the flagship Platinum 4×4 model.
Nissan’s new flagship SUV model has
received a new front fascia that includes the company’s latest grille, new
headlights and taillights, hood, fenders, as well as front and rear bumpers,
making the 2021 Armada look more modern.
Moreover, Nissan has added an acoustic
windshield and front side windows, and dark-painted roof rails. Customers will
be able to choose between seven exterior colors: Hermosa Blue Pearl, Mocha
Almond Pearl, Gun Metallic, Super Black, Brilliant Silver Metallic, Aspen White
TriCoat, and the new Coulis Red Pearl.
The update is similar once you step
inside, with the dashboard now featuring a new center stack that hosts a bigger
12.3-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay, wired Android Auto,
and WiFi as standard. In addition, the instrument cluster features a new 7-inch
display, and there’s also a redesigned center console, and Nissan’s Intelligent
Rear View Mirror.
Power still comes from the 5.6-liter
Endurance V8 engine, producing 400 HP and 413 lb-ft of torque, which is paired
to a seven-speed automatic transmission and an optional four-wheel-drive
system. Nissan says that the 2021 Armada offers a maximum towing capacity of up
to 8,500 lbs for both 4WD and 2WD models.
All grades of the 2021 Armada will also
come fitted with Nissan’s Safety Shield 360 as standard. This includes systems
like Lane Departure Warning, Intelligent Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency
Braking with Pedestrian Detection, and more. SL and Platinum models also get
the Intelligent Around View Monitor, with the latter also featuring Traffic
Sign Recognition. The 2021 Nissan Armada also offers the new Midnight Edition
package, which adds black-finished exterior and interior features, for US$ 1,990
on SL models and above.
