Nissan has revealed a new special edition of the Leaf to celebrate the electric model’s 10th anniversary, simply called the Leaf10. The new Nissan Leaf10 will go on sale in Europe starting this February, offering a unique specification with a new exterior color and model-specific detailing, together with more kit as standard.

The new special edition of the Nissan Leaf will be available in limited numbers but the carmaker didn’t specify how many. The most distinguishing feature of the new Nissan Leaf10 is perhaps the pattern detailing that adorns the wing mirrors, roofline, and boot lid. The intricate Kumico-inspired pattern also includes the model’s name on the C-pillar and is combined with a brand-new two-tone Ceramic Grey and Pearl Black color option. Customers can also choose the standard Pearl Black Metallic. In addition, all N-Connecta models ride on a set of 17-inch alloy wheels, to make the Nissan Leaf look “more dynamic”.

Nissan is also offering the Leaf10 with Blind Spot Intervention, and the newly launched Intelligent Rear View Mirror as standard. Optional features include an in-built 4G connectivity for up to seven devices, a function that complements the company’s NissanConnect services smartphone app.

Prices of the new Nissan Leaf10 start from £ 28,820 OTR in the UK, including the local Plug In Car Grant, with the order books now open.
