The Porsche Cayman GT4 RS is a car wealthy enthusiasts have been clamoring for many years and just a couple of days after its unveiling, the online configurator has been released. The configurator reveals that the Cayman GT4 RS can be finished in one of nine standard colors, which include Guards Red, Racing Yellow, Gentian Blue Metallic (US$ 3,540), and Shark Blue (US$ 3,540), the same color found on the current 911 GT3. Customers will also be able to opt for a bespoke color through Porsche’s famous Paint to Sample program.
Elsewhere, we can see that two wheel
options are available for the car, both measuring 20-inches but one is made
from forged aluminum while the other is forged magnesium, costing US$ 15,640. We
opted for the standard aluminum wheels that can be painted in Silver, Satin
Black, Satin Indigo Blue, Satin Neodyme, or Satin Black with a Racing Yellow
lip.
A number of different interior options are
also available, including various two-tone black and blue and black and grey
configurations. Our dream Cayman GT4 RS also featured the full bucket seats (a
no-cost option), the front axle lift system, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes,
LED headlights, and various carbon fiber accents. Those looking to buy a Cayman
GT4 RS can even design their own unique decal sets to be applied across the
exterior.
In the States, the new 718 Cayman GT4 RS
starts from US$ 141,700 and only goes up from there.
