Tesla has once again reported improving the driving range of select Model 3 and Model Y variants. The Model 3 Standard Range Plus equipped with 18-inch wheels can now cover 437 km instead of 421 km. Those who opted for 19-inch rims can still expect 429 km.
The Model 3 Long Range goes from 568 km to 576 km on standard 81-inch rollers. Larger wheels
take much of that fun away, however, maxing out at 537 km. For its
part, the Model Y Long Range is now able to cover 531 km instead of
524 km. 20-inch wheels still let it make 512 km on one
battery charge.
Tesla has not disclosed any technical
specifics about the update.
