Ferrari has showcased a special SF90 Stradale that it is building to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the famed Ferrari Cavalcade roadtrip. Immediately catching the eye and making this SF90 Stradale stand out from a regular model is the Rosso Taormina paint. These renderings released by Ferrari aren’t of the best quality and likely don’t do the paint justice but the automaker says the shade of red draws inspiration from the slopes of Mount Etna, an active stratovolcano in Sicily.
Rosso Taormina is a very different shade of red to what
you’re probably used to seeing from Ferrari. It is very dark and in this SF90,
has been complemented with exposed carbon fiber across the front splitter, side
skirts, side air intakes, and rear diffuser. The mid-engined supercar also
features a gloss black roof.
A handful of other custom touches have been made to this
SF90. For example, it features large decals on the doors with the number 39 and
also features small American flags. It is also rocking the Scuderia Shields on
the front quarter panels and has red brake calipers.
It remains to be seen how much the individual who will soon
take delivery of this SF90 Stradale paid for it but we can’t imagine it was
cheap. It’s not just the exterior where the unique touches end either as the
cabin has also been clad in matching Rosso Taormina accents across the seats,
door panels, and transmission tunnel. The paddle shifters are also finished in
red.
