Xpedition Pro has taken the wraps off a rugged recreational vehicle known as the XPro One. Based on the Iveco Daily 4×4, the model is available in three wheelbases – 3400, 3780, and 4175 mm – and features a rugged design that draws inspiration from “military vehicles, fighter jets, drones, [and] tanks.”
As a result, the XPro One has an “apocalyptic exterior” that
mixes flat surfaces with sharp angular lines. That’s particularly true of the
angular rear end, which helps the model to have a 27 degree departure angle.
Other notable highlights include auxiliary lights, roof
rails, and 17-inch wheels wrapped in 37-inch off-road tires. The model also
sports a pull-out gas grille, an awning, and numerous storage compartments.
Despite the rugged exterior, the cabin is billed as “shockingly comfortable.”
It features a front sleeping alcove and a rear dining area that apparently
transforms into a two-person bed.
Other highlights include a refrigerator, toilet, and shower.
The XPro One also boasts a two-burner stove, a diesel heater, and two 53 gallon
(200 liter) water tanks. The model is also designed to accommodate solar panels
and the company noted the vehicle is capable of supporting three people for up
to ten days “without any external resources.”
There’s no word on pricing, but Xpedition Pro noted
customers will be given an assortment of options to create their ideal
overlanding vehicle.
