Changan has announced the sales of its new CS75 Plus SUV in China. The ‘Plus’ version has new exterior design, cabin trim and engine range, and starts from 124,900 Yuan, according to AutoHome.cn. On the outside, the Plus sports redesigned headlights and front bumper. The radiator grille stays the same, but customers can now choose between two mesh designs for it. At the rear end, new taillights are the only thing that catches the eye. Top specifications will also sport special tailpipes here.
Interior highlights include a new
infotainment touchscreen, air vents and a squared-off wheel. Buyers now have
more trims to choose from, including a white one with blue accents. The vehicle
is 4,700 mm long, 1,865 mm wide and 1,710 mm tall with 2,710 mm between the
axles and 620 liters of trunk space (1,450 liters with the rear seats folded
down).
In its entry-level spec, the CS75 Plus
gets a 1.5-liter turbo engine capable of 188 PS and 300 Nm, a small improvement over the previous generation. Joining the
lineup is a new top spec taken from the Changan Uni‑K, a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine rated at 233 PS and 390 Nm of torque. An eight-speed automatic
transmission drives the wheels.
