Stellantis holds as many as 14 automotive brands under its giant corporate wing, and they will all go electric sooner or later. This even includes Dodge, which has an exciting new EV in development right now. CEO Carlos Tavares just treated us to an interesting fact.
Apparently, the first electric muscle car
with a Dodge logo on it will emit a sound ‘that you cannot imagine.’ Tavares
went on to describe it as ‘shocking’ and added that switching between drive
models will affect the volume and timbre of the sound.
He confirmed that the launch was set for
2024. However, before the EV can debut, the company will first have to reveal a
mysterious plug-in hybrid vehicle. According to abundant rumors, it will be an
Alfa Romeo Tonale rebadged to ‘Dodge Hornet’.
