German tuner Irmscher has a subsidiary called Irmscher Van Systems, which mostly deals in custom Opel vans. This Opel Zafira is its latest creation, and you can have plenty of fun driving it out in the wild for a weekend.
Named the Irmscher Cross iS2, the RV
features a kitchen with a fridge, a sink and two burners, a set of built-in
cabinets, a dining area and a workplace (optional). There is also a bed that
you can extend by pulling out a special panel, but we were unable to find its specific
dimensions. Modern amenities on board aren’t numerous, but at least there is a
wireless smartphone charger.
On the outside, the van boasts a new front
spoiler, side skirts, rear bumper add-ons and a rear roof spoiler. OEM wheels
can be replaced with 18- or 19-inch aftermarket rims sporting turbine-like
spokes and coming in black and polished metal finishes.
The source vehicle is an L3 Opel Zafira,
and Irmscher says a used one will do, too. Pricing remains private.
