In November last year, Yadea launched the low-cost KS3 electric scooter designed to ease users’ urban commute without ripping a hole in their pockets. The Chinese company has now unveiled an even cheaper version. The Yadea KS3 Lite urban electric scooter, as it is called, is a low-cost, urban scooter designed for city commutes. Its lightweight design also adds to its desirability in the market. Buyers of the KS3 Lite are could enjoy up to US$ 76 discounts when purchasing the model via Amazon.
The Yadea KS3 Lite
urban e-scooter is lightweight and easily foldable, weighing about 14kg. It is
an entry-level model but has the added advantage of the Yadea touch of
excellence, which puts it on a higher pedestal than its competitors. Yadea is
the largest e-scooter manufacturer in the world and has a wide array of
e-scooters from its production line. Even with its lightweight design, the KS3
Lite can carry payloads up to 100 kg, which is quite remarkable. The Yadea KS3
Lite has a 187Wh battery that offers a range of 20 km which is appropriate for
short distances only. There is LED lighting, a front brake drum, rear
regenerative braking, and connectivity with the accompanying Yadea app.
The Yadea KS3 Lite is obviously a
budget-friendly option compared to the more powerful and larger KS3 and KS3 Pro
models. It carries a price tag of US$ 379.99 and comes in two colour options with
an accent of pink and yellow on a black frame.
