As Alfa Romeo gradually transitions towards full electrification, the Giulia sedan is also getting ready to run on battery power in its next generation. However, before that can happen, a facelift is going to take place first.
Judging by the freshly published spy
photos with barely any wrap in sight, the Italian saloon is going to stay
nearly identical to the pre-facelift version on the outside. It would appear
that Alfa Romeo wants to brush up the model just a little bit before redesigning
it more fully for electric power.
No details have been revealed about the EV
version so far. All we know at this moment is that the brand expects to become
all-electric by 2027, ditching all ICE models for good.
