Apocalypse 6×6 creates some truly wild builds and has just unveiled its latest project, dubbed the Juggernaut. For those that don’t know, Apocalypse 6×6 builds six-wheeled versions of the Jeep Gladiator, Ford Bronco, and Ram 1500 TRX, dubbed the Hellfire, Dark Horse, and Warlord respectively. Its new Juggernaut is based on the 1500 TRX but takes things to absurd new levels.
In addition to equipping the truck with a
trio of Dana 60 axles, the company has fitted it with a set of massive
aftermarket wheels wrapped in 40-inch tires. It is now good for 9,071 kg of towing and has both locking differentials and a full-time
six-wheel drive system. Apocalypse 6×6 has also equipped the truck with Sport,
Drag Race, Baja, Rocks, and Mud driving modes.
A plethora of other upgrades have been
made. These include the fitment of hand-fabricated steel bumpers, power steps,
blind sport monitor, a birds eye-view camera, and panoramic sunroof. The design
of the Juggernaut is also quite different to the TRX-based Warlord as there is
a bespoke front fascia with customized headlights, a massive grille, striking
front and rear wheel arches and quarter panels, and an intriguing windshield
surround housing an LED light bar.
The interior has also been updated and
sports newly-trimmed leather surfaces, heated and cool seats, and what the
tuner dubs the largest rear bench seat in the industry. There is also a power
rolling bed cover that is remote-controlled and has a locking function. A
pumping Harmon Kardon audio system also comes standard alongside a 12-inch
infotainment system.
Given that the Juggernaut started out life
as a Ram 1500 TRX, it is fitted with a 6.2-liter supercharged Hellcat V8.
However, rather than producing the standard 702 hp, the engine has been
upgraded to now deliver 850 hp, which is fitting given how much heavier the
six-wheeler would be.
