The international debut of the mid-sized Ford Ranger truck was in November 2021, but it looks like the company is preparing another version of it for North America. The latest spy photos show a stretched Ranger with an obviously longer wheelbase, a SuperCrew cab and a larger truck bed.

There is no official confirmation that the new truck will be restricted to the USA, but it does seem logical given the popularity of larger pickups in North America.

The international version comes with a modern digital gauge cluster and infotainment system, and there is no reason to believe there will be any different in the U.S. spec. Engines are a different story, though: the familiar old 2.3-liter turbo-four might make a comeback in this version. We are not so sure about the EcoBoost V6.
