FAW has published some of the details regarding the facelift of its Bestune T77 SUV. AutoHome reports that the model gets a design overhaul and a revised transmission lineup, but keeps the cabin largely the same.

On the outside, the radiator grille is represented by a few large chrome bars lacking a common frame. The bumpers and the taillights are new, the headlights sport new patterns, there is an abundance of chrome trim details all around, and the badge is updated, too.

Inside, the dual-display dash layout and the odd steering wheel remain as is, but the gear selector is new and some control buttons have been moved around. The trims are largely the same, but with important new details. The 1.5-liter turbo engine under the hood is familiar and still hits the wheels with 169 PS and 258 Nm of torque. The manual transmission is no longer available, leaving seven-speed DCT the only option in China.

Prices remain to be announced. Pre-orders will open on December 15, 2022.
