The Lexus LC has been around for seven years now, and the latest update brings it new trim options and dashboard while keeping the engines and the exterior the same. Physical seat heating buttons reside between the front seats where the infotainment control panel used to be. The 10.3-inch central touchscreen display makes room for the larger 12.3-inch one that Lexus has been installing into its other cars for a while now.
The infotainment system itself is new and
supports two simultaneous Bluetooth connection with an option for Wi-Fi. CD
players and analog watch faces are a thing of the past now.
Both the convertible and the coupe can be
ordered with a number of custom design solutions. The alloy wheels, the
exterior colors and the trim schemes have all been revised: aside from black,
caramel and red, you can now order your cabin in Deep Pink. Finally, a tire
repair kit now sits where the spare wheel used to be.
Prices in the United States have risen by US$ 1,500–4,000 depending on the version. The coupe version can now be had for US$ 100,000 or so.
