Renowned Italian scooter maker Piaggio, best known for its iconic Vespa scooter, has launched the Piaggio 1+ e-scooter in India. The remarkable electric scooter brings users in India a dependable eco-friendly option they can rely on for their daily commute. The Piaggio 1+ was first announced alongside the Piaggio 1 in November last year at the 2022 EICMA in Milan, Italy.
The Piaggio 1+ electric scooter comes with
an impressive range. With a single charge, riders can effortlessly cover a
distance of up to 100 kilometers, making it a reliable choice for daily
commuting needs. The e-scooter features a robust 1700-watt BLDC electric motor
which is capable of delivering remarkable power and efficiency, ensuring a
smooth and exhilarating ride.
Furthermore, the Piaggio 1+ is equipped
with a removable 2.3kWh lithium-ion battery pack, ensuring long-lasting
performance. Its versatile charging system provides both normal and fast
charging options, minimizing downtime and ensuring convenience for riders on

Piaggio 1+ offers a host of advanced features. Some of the unique features
include remote access, LED lights, a start button, a digital speedometer, a

ex-showroom price of approximately ₹ 1.5 lakh (US$ 1,817) which is quite
affordable considering the features onboard. Piaggio also provides easy EMI
options, making it even more accessible to bring home this innovative scooter.
