ABT Sportsline presented a new tuning kit for the Italian super SUV. The Lamborghini Urus Scatenato is limited to 99 units bringing more power and aggressiveness. While this is not the first Urus tuned by ABT, it is definitely the most extreme due to the extensive visual and performance modifications. If you are wondering about the weird-sounding name, Scatenato is the Italian word for unleashed, raging, or wild, so it has nothing to do with your bowel movements.

The highlight of the exterior is probably the 23-inch forged wheels with holes on their five spokes and a glossy black finish. ABT didn’t neglect the rest of the bodywork, adding many glossy carbon fiber bits including a splitter, bonnet intakes, fender extensions, mirror caps, side gills, rear skirt, and a devilish rear wing. The larger quadruple tailpipes are made of titanium, with a matt black shade helping them stand out next to the shiny bits. The interior also received a generous dose of carbon fiber trim, available in either gloss or matte finish.

 

Open the bonnet of the Scatenato and you’ll come across a stainless steel and carbon gloss engine cover with the tuner‘s credentials. Thanks to the ABT Power R package (upgraded turbocharger and intercooler), the biturbo 4.0-liter V8 produces an impressive 799 hp. This marks a significant increase over the 657 hp of the stock Urus Performante and places the Scatenato higher than the 730-HP Audi RSQ8-R in the ABT food chain. It also improves the SUV’s power-to-weight ratio to less than 3 kg / PS which is an impressive number for the segment. The tuner doesn’t mention any suspension upgrades on the official leaflet, even though the pictured example appears to sit closer to the ground.

The Scatenato upgrade is compatible with the Urus, Urus S, and Urus Performante models, although ABT will only build 99 examples. The package costs € 179,000 (US$ 188,597) and doesn’t include the donor vehicle or the installation. Next year, Lamborghini will show the updated plug-in hybrid version of the Urus before the all-new fully-electric next-generation model arrives in 2029.
