The subcompact Nissan sedan shown here has multiple names worldwide: Versa in both Americas, Almera in Asia, and Sunny in the Middle East. The former two received their mid-life refresh a while ago, and the Sunny joins them now with similar updates.
Starting on the outside, new elements
include the radiator grille, the front bumper and the wheels (can be optioned
in 15–17 inches). Inside, new trim materials are available and a wireless
charging pad comes standard. Nissan has also added a feature for reminding
neglectful drivers about any passengers left in the rear row.
The new Sunny offers a 7-inch infotainment
system display, cruise control, reversing cameras and active safety assists. Power
comes from a 1.6-liter naturally aspirated engine rated at 118 PS.
