The Isuzu D-Max may not be sold in the United States but where it is sold, it routinely matches or even outsells the likes of the Toyota Hilux and Ford Ranger. And like its rivals, it’s commonly upgraded and modified by owners. Now, prominent Australian 4×4 modifier ARB has unveiled a suite of accessories for the pickup.
ARB’s accessories start with a variety of
rooftop tents, such as the ARB Esperance Roof Top Tent with a hard shell and
ladder, the versatile ARB Flinders Roof Top Tent, and the ARB Simpson III Roof
Top Tent with both a ladder and an annex. All of these rooftop tents can be
seamlessly integrated with the popular ARB Ascent Hardtop Gullwing Canopy that
is now offered as an official accessory for the D-Max.
A variety of different accessories also
help to transform the D-Max into the ultimate off-road camper. These include
the Slide Kitchen which incorporates a large kitchen draw with a gas hob, sink,
and storage space. ARB also sells a fridge for the D-Max as well as a large
awning.
Given that the Isuzu offers solid
off-roading credentials from the factory, it only makes sense that ARB has also
developed accessories to help owners reach the most inhospitable places with
ease. These include recovery boards, the Baserack & Cab Mount Kit designed
for carrying extra equipment, and the ARB Recovery Kit Weekender which includes
a snatch strap rated at 4.75 tonnes, shackles, and leather gloves.
