A Bentley retailer in India has commissioned five individually curated models through the marque’s Mulliner division, creating what is known as the The five models consist of a Continental GT Speed, a Flying Spur Speed, and a trio of Bentayga EWB Azure models, all of which have been painted in a special shade of Scarab Green inspired by the green exo-skeleton of the Scarab beetle. Bentley first used this color on the limited-run Bacalar.
Each of the three Bentayga EWB Azure
models produced are four-seaters with the available Mulliner console bottle
cooler in between the two rear seats. Their cabins are also clad in Mandarin
orange and Cumbrian Green leather with contrast stitching and Azure-embroidered
headrests. The Continental GT Speed Opulence Edition follows the same design
and pairs its Scarab Green paint with Mandarin and Cumbrian Green leather
throughout the cabin. It too has contrast stitching on the quilted sections of
the sets and rolls on a set of 22-inch wheels with a dark tint finish. The car
has already been delivered to its owner.
Last but not least is the Flying Spur
Opulence Edition. Like the Continental GT Speed, it has been equipped with
22-inch dark tint Speed wheels with self-leveling wheel center caps and has an
illuminated Flying B badge up front with a polished stainless steel finish.
Found in the cabin is the same orange and green leather as the other models as well
as diamond knurling on the bezels and switchgear. The headrests have also been
embroidered with the Speed logo.
The color configurations of the five
vehicles serve as a tribute to India’s national colors. Each model also
includes a motif on the passenger side of the dashboard with wild horses and
mountain peaks, symbols of good luck and prosperity in the country.
