Mahindra
Jeeto S Diesel
The
fight for compact pickups has again emerged, making way for the new and
innovative products into the market. The latest comes with the addition of
Mahindra's Jeeto to its vehicle line-up. The pickup has been designed with an
all new approach, making it a bit different from all the others in two ways.
The first factors counts from its design, which includes a clear image of
Mahindra Xylo inspired front light section. The designs of pickups are going
good day by day and the Jeeto defines a new benchmark into those designs. The
design stays quiet practical, with its 65 inch long deck.
The
Jeeto comes in impressive colors like Red and Blue. Interior differentiates the
ride from all others as the futuristic cabin layout makes the driver feel
relaxed even while working. The gear lever rests into the dashboard and the 12v
socket provision increases its practicality. The engine powering the Jeeto is a
625 cc, 1-cylinder water cooled unit, producing 38 NM of torque. The power
variation comes in two variants, one with 11 HP whereas the other with 16 HP.
The 4-speed manual transmission provides easy driving in every gear.
The
fuel tank of the pickup stays to be 10.5 litres, which seems to be quiet small.
Jeeto delivers an astonishing 37.6 kmpl, which makes the fuel tank feel enough
for city riding conditions. The two seater pickup features disc brakes at the
front, with 12 inch wheels on both ends. The section its dealing with does not
require style as the load carrying vehicle needs to be more tough than just
being stylish and Mahindra has equally managed both the aspects, creating a new
definition of pickup vans in India.
The
Jeeto has been priced in the range of INR 2,31,000-2,66,000 which solely
depends on the variant being chosen.
