S1000 R
The
BMW announced that it will produce in Manaus S 1000 bike R. With domestic
production a suggested retail price of the model was reduced from R $ 67,800 to
R $ 53,900.
"Already
eight models produced locally and followed with the strategy to approach more
and more Brazilian consumers. The aim is to consolidate our presence in the
country with domestic production of motorcycles with the same expertise from
Germany and positioning even more competitive, "said Federico Alvarez,
Director of BMW Motorrad Brazil.
The
model is equipped with four-cylinder in-line engine that yields 160 horsepower
and torque 11,4kgfm. The exchange rate is six-speed.
With
domestic production to S 1000 R won the black color besides white and red.
Serial
the bike has gears Trading Assistant, dynamic traction control (DTC), engine
control module, PRO driving mode, active suspension control (DDC), heated
grips, engine spoiler and steering indicator LED.
