MX-5 Sport Recaro Limited Edition
Mazda has revealed the
MX-5 Sport Recaro Limited Edition as a range-topping variant in the range. Based on the 2.0-liter
Sport Nav trim level, the Sport Recaro retains the “finely balanced performance
and handling of the standard car”, but benefits from “added exclusivity and
sporty styling enhancements inside and out.”
Limited to only 600
cars, the special edition model features the Brilliant Black Sports Aero kit
that includes a rear spoiler and front, side and rear skirts. Other notable
visual improvements include piano black side mirrors and 17-inch diamond cut
alloy wheels with an engraved MX-5 logo.
Step inside the cabin
and you will find an Alcantara dashboard panel, alloy pedals and unique floor
mats, as well as heated Recaro seats with Alcantara upholstery and red
stitching, also found on the dash, handbrake and gear lever.
The Mazda MX-5 Sport
Recaro comes nicely equipped with features like LED headlights, leather
steering wheel, air-conditioning, DAB radio, integrated navigation system with
3-years free European map updates, rain sensing wipers, rear parking sensors,
smart keyless entry, premium Bose sound system and cruise control. In technical
terms, the car offers sports suspension with Bilstein dampers, a limited slip
differential and strut tower bar.
Already available to
order, the car is powered exclusively by a 2.0-liter SKYACTIV-G petrol engine
delivering 160 Hp.
