2017 Audi Q3

The Audi Q3 debuted as the brand’s new entry-level crossover at the 2011 Auto Shanghai and was given a mid-life facelift for 2015 model year. The second generation model will arrive in H2 2017, and an early rendering from Omni Auto previews how it may look like. The speculatively rendered Q3 features the new design and styling seen on the fifth-gen Audi A4.

The Q3 will move from current PQ35 platform to the MQB platform in the second generation. The all-new model will likely get bigger, to create a wider gap between it and the upcoming Audi Q2 that will premiere at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show in March as the new entry-level Audi crossover.

New technologies like the Audi Virtual Cockpit, Matrix LED headlights , 4G/LTE data connection, Android tablets, and a 3D sound system are high probables on the Audi Q3 2017.

Along with a range of petrol and diesel engines ranging from 1.4-litre to 2.0-litre in displacement, the 2017 Audi Q3 will likely be offered with a highly-efficient plug-in hybrid powertrain as well. The RS variant should continue being the performance variant, powered by a turbocharged engine unique to itself. The current (German-spec) RS Q3 is powered by a 2.5-litre TFSI turbocharged petrol engine that puts out 340 PS and 450 Nm of torque.
