2016 Chevrolet Cruze Facelift
GM India has finally launched the
Chevrolet Cruze facelift in India at a starting price of Rs. 14.81 lakhs. The car will be available in 3 variants with both automatic
and manual transmissions.
The 2016 Chevrolet Cruze facelift has
been launched just before the 2016 Auto Expo and comes with quite a few changes
on the outside as well as the insides. The car gets new LED Daytime Running
Lights along with a revised front fascia and rear lip spoiler and chrome
horizontal slats along with new projector foglamps that were first seen on the
Chevrolet Trailblazer. On the insides the biggest change comes in the form of
the addition of a new 7-inch MyLink touchscreen infotainment system that gets
features like internet radio, Grace Note and SIRI Eyes Free compatibility,
Bluetooth Audio Streaming and Phone telephony with Voice Recognition control
and Touch controls for Automatic HVAC and Vehicle Personalisation settings.
The 2016 Chevrolet Cruze is powered by
the same 2.0-litre diesel engine that develops a class leading 166 PS of max
power and is offered with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic
transmission. It comes with a long list of safety features like dual front and
side airbags, ABS, a rigid safety cage, Passive Entry Passive Start (PEPS) that
automatically controls features like central locking system, anti-theft alarm
and ignition.
