Audi Q7 E-Tron UK
After confirming how much their all-new
Q7 e-tron 3,0 TDI Quattro model will cost in Germany, Audi has announced that
UK prices are set to start from around £ 65,000.
If that seems a bit high, it's probably
because rivals such as the Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid or Volvo XC90 T8 Twin
Engine PHEV cost £ 62,099 and £ 60,455 respectively in the UK.
The same however doesn't apply to the
German market where the Cayenne hybrid starts from € 82,920, which is slightly
above the € 80,500 price tag of the Q7 e-tron.
In the UK, Q7 e-tron owners will be able
to charge their vehicles by using one of two cables. A 16A 3.6 kW version will
be included as standard and will charge your Q7 fully in as little as 4 hours
and 45 min - connected to either a domestic wall box or public charging point.
As an alternative, there will also be an
optional 23A 7.2 kW cable which will allow for even faster charging as long as
the infrastructure can support it. UK customers will be able to place
orders for the Q7 e-tron 3.0 TDI Quattro starting in May.
