Citroën C-Elysée
Despite his two world titles in a row in
the World Championship Touring Car (WTCC), the C-Elysée is a great unobtrusive.
It is above all a wise fairly compact four-door sedan (4.43 metres). The template
style is rarely sold in France, as French market is not fond of this body type.
However, Citroen has finally decided to
import the C-Elysée, while we only waited for really there: his career has
already started in late 2012 in Turkey and then in many other countries, only a
few copies of arriving home via proxies. Tight-lipped about this
"new", the brand with the Rafters will sell from € 13,450, with a
three-cylinder 1.2 petrol 82 hp air. This is € 960 more than its most direct
rival, the new Fiat Tipo, led by a 1.4 95 bhp.
The C-Elysee can also receive the
BlueHDi 100 Diesel, with € 16,450. This is again more expensive than Tipo 1.3
Multijet 95, available from € 14,990. But the equipment of this Citroën,
announcing a generous trunk 506 litre, does not prove totally stripped if the
steel wheels are content to 15 inches, air conditioning, Bluetooth radio, seat
1 / 3-2 / 3 or electrically adjustable door mirrors are standard. The C-Elysée
is posed as an offer 100% reasonable, the antithesis of a C4 Cactus. But his
ambitions remain measured, since only 2,000 copies should be available in
France each year.
