DS4S
DS added one more model to their Chinese
range with the launch of the new DS4S that will, from now on, be its
entry-level model.
Following its global debut at the
Guangzhou Motor Show, the new DS4S joins the DS5, DS5 LS and DS6 SUV in the
local market.
The front end now features a set of
headlights decorated with 136 LEDs and the brand’s ‘DS Wings’ grille. The LED
taillights have a distinctive 3D lighting signature.
The new model will be offered with a
choice of three petrol 1.6-liter engines, ranging from 136 hp to a range-topping
204 hp, marking also the Chinese debut of PSA’s PureTech engine. Customers will
be able to choose the latest EAT6 automatic gearbox with all engines in the
range.
DS takes great pride at the quality and
luxury offered inside, with the new DS4S having its dashboard and door panels
covered in high-grade leather and the seats wearing the brand’s characteristic
watchstrap-style red leather upholstery.
The 4.440 mm-long DS4S will be manufactured
in Shenzhen and will be available in six body colors, including the exclusive
Dark Fire red applied to the show car.
